My wife called Southwest Airlines this evening to book a flight. After answering agent, agent, agent about twelve times she was asked to provide her number and told the airline would call her back in 12 minutes.
How in the hell do they expect to do business in that fashion? Perhaps many of our major business corporations deserve to be bankrupt!

You are correct. I did do business with them as they were the only game in town. I would love to be able to boycott all the myriad businesses that provide terrible customer service. If I did I would have no place to do business.

I'll bet you did business with them anyway. That's how they expect to "do business in that fashion." People just keep putting up with it no matter how sorry the customer service gets. What are you gonna do? You probably don't own an airplane.
